3. Unscrew the cap by twisting the nozzle counter clock-wise.
4. Fill with your choice of liquid.
5. Once empty, unscrew the cap, compress the FOLD, re-screw the cap, then roll it up. Use the stretch band to secure the FOLD body to the cap.
